Selwyn Community

Avanda Group is proud to be the principal sponsor of Selwyn Sounds for its 5^th anniversary on 10 April 2021. Always a very popular event in Lincoln,  this year’s line-up will be a completely Kiwi one with no international acts, but the crowd is still expected to be at capacity of close to 12,000. Selwyn remains one of the fastest growing districts in all of New Zealand with towns such as Rolleston, Lincoln, Prebbleton and Leeston expanding rapidly over the last decade. Avanda has a master planned development in Rolleston and is working on launching several new projects to support the region and to continue growing new communities. We are happy to contribute to the community’s enjoyment with our support of Selwyn Sounds.
