Foundation works are currently underway, which started in mid-November 2017. As one of the first projects under construction in this Special Housing Area, we\u2019re delighted that we will be adding much needed affordable homes to local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avanda Group is committed to developing quality housing developments in Auckland.
