Airfields Quarters has officially launched!

A grand opening ceremony on the18th of November marked the official release of Airfields Quarters development, and the opening of Airfields Quarters Showroom.

Airfields Quarters are off to a flying start with an initial release of 43 homes in Quarter 1.

This land has a unique backstory as it was originally the base of New Zealand’s air force back in 1929, hence the name Airfields Quarters. Eventually, this place would be home to more than 500 families.

The Kapa Haka group from Hobsonville primary school started the ceremony with a lively performance. Followed by the Avanda group kindly serving food to guests, and kids gathering at the face painting station waiting to get their face painted

Hosted by an ex-all blacks star Ian Jones, the formalities ran smoothly. There were three special speakers from Avanda, Panuku, and Bayleys giving their best wishes to the project.

The morning concluded with a cake cutting celebration, and a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open the Airfields showroom.

The showroom was quickly filled with people looking at displays and talking to agents. Everyone was excited to discuss their future dream home.

If you would also like to come visit Airfields showroom, the address is:

As a vibrant residential development, Airfields Quarters offers a range of typologies, which consists of standalone houses, duplexes, terraces, and apartments. Surrounding the homes would be tree lined streets, connected pathways and generous pocket parks with mature plantings. Airfields Quarters is designed by three prestigious architect companies: Ignite, Creative Arch, and Sills Van Bohemen. These companies have many years of architectural experience, and they are working together to make Airfields Quarters beautifully designed, ecofriendly, and cost effective.
