Exciting Growth in Rolleston

The Selwyn district continues to go from strength to strength with the recent announcement that an $85 million shopping centre will be built in Rolleston, with new eateries, cinema and a farmers market all set to further boost the rapidly growing town on Christchurch’s doorstep. The district council expects 24,000 people to be in Rolleston – the district’s biggest town – by the year 2040. We are pleased to be contributing to that growth.
