Avanda Group is partnering with Panuku Development Auckland to create a master plan for the Airfields development in Hobsonville Point, Auckland. Formerly part of the Hobsonville Airforce Base, this housing development will see over 500 new homes built, with 10% of the proposed property development being offered as affordable housing.
